La Casa Del Habano Cancun

Found this lovely spot while exploring downtown Cancun and had to stop in for a beverage at the bar. There was a torcedor (cigar maker) making cigars at a table near the front window and some men and women smoking cigars on leather sofas towards the back of the bar. What a cool place.

Stormy Caribbean Sea

I took this picture on our second day in Cancun, January 22, 2025. It was cool and stormy but the sky and water were so stunning they were an enormous distraction. We had five days of skies like this and then the sun broke through. I’m told that we had typical November weather in January. It was still better than the 25 below at home. Loved every minute of it.
